We will ship your item within 24 hours of your order (excluding weekends and holidays).  You will then receive a tracking number via USPS or UPS so you can track your new Catch en route to its newest home. 

We want you to be delighted with your purchase from The Gem Catch. That is why we offer a 30-day return policy. If there is something that you don't like, the necklace wasn't exactly what you pictured when you put it on, send us an email, and we will give you the information to initiate the return for a full refund. Please note that if you have a ring specially sized, we will charge a $10 restocking fee for the return. See more on our Returns/ Exchanges policy page. 

We strive to offer the most accurate and authentic descriptions of the materials of each piece of jewelry. We use our years of knowledge in the industry along with the expertise of two very cool machines. One is like a portable x-ray machine that tells us what the metal is precise. The other is a presidium gem tester, which confirms the type of gemstone in rings and other beauties. Finally, we spend time with each item, researching the construction, the hallmarks, the style.  And, if there is something we don't know, we consult with expert jewelers. The best part is that we offer an authenticity guarantee, so if there is something that you were not expecting or for any reason, you have 30 days to make a return for a full refund.
